Karp construction did a great job on my home. I had a few different projects planned, and they were all done well and in a timely manner. I had an office framed out, flooring and baseboards installed. I would highly recommend Bill and his team.
My husband and I began the daunting process of adding about 300 square feet to our home, including a new bedroom, bathroom, and an expanded kitchen by pushing out an exterior wall. We had never taken on a project of this size and didn’t even know where to start. After interviewing a few contractors, we immediately felt comfortable with Bill from Karp Construction. His knowledge and professionalism stood out right away. He handled everything with the city—permits, approvals, and all the red tape—which was a huge relief for us. Once everything was in place, his crew got to work quickly and efficiently. They are absolute workhorses, and the results speak for themselves—we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Bill was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or suggestion, he took the time to listen and offer thoughtful input, which I really appreciated. Great communication and reasonable pricing! Bill came out to do an estimate for a few items needing repair. He itemized and prioritized each area needing repair, so that I could budget out what to fix first. Upon his team coming to work on the repairs, Bill stopped by to see how things were coming along and answer any questions I had. After completion, I followed up with a few additional questions I had and Bill responded promptly. He was able to answer and resolve my concerns swiftly and provided excellent customer service. He is very pleasant to work with and I will definitely return for future repair needs.
Bill and his crew did several projects for us. They reroofed our house, took care of all the dry rot around our house and replaced two ancient windows. They were punctual and Bill had great communication with me as well as my tenant during the entire project. We would highly recommend Karp Construction.

Karp Construction did an awesome job on my new Pantry. I am so grateful to them for coming and listening to me. Bill listened to exactly what I wanted him to do when no one else could. This project has been a long time coming. (4 years I have been looking). All I ever heard was it could not be done, too small of a job, or too busy. They showed up on time every day, completed the job quickly and as scheduled. If you need a job done with great a company, call them you won't be sorry. I will be calling them in the future to do more work in our home. Thanks again Bill for being honest, polite and having a great work ethic.
I went with Karp Construction for my home remodeling. I wanted a partial wall/room divider removed and the remaining wall patched up including some relocation of electrical outlets. Bill and Karp Construction met all my needs. He responded immediately to my inquiry, came over the same day for a fast estimate. He was reasonably priced and was able to start my project within a week. He prompt and sowed up when expected. His work was amazing and superfast. Reasonable, clean, prompt, fast and super friendly. I would definitely recommend. 5 STARS!!
This is long overdue! As a newcomer to Sacramento from the Bay Area, diving into a renovation project felt overwhelming. However, Bill became an absolute lifesaver. i wanted to remodel lot of stuff in my house (the whole flooring and carpets in the room), my 2 bathrooms, few cabinets, counter tops etc. and have almost finalized a contractor whom I know for many years. but due to some schedule issues, he was not available to start the work for few weeks. my wife and I wanted to start the work as soon as possible. while looking online, I found karp construction and contacted bill. he was so proactive to come to my house within 2 days, took all the measurements and gave me the estimate. I liked the way he proposed me lot designs and was available to start the work within a weeks time. I am glad I found him as he was the best. he brought his whole team and got everything done for me within time and within budget. I am really very happy with his work and his commitment. I am definitely going to use him and his company for all my future projects at my house. if you are looking for any remodeling in your house or office, I assure you that you will never find a better person than bill and his company. I highly recommend him.
Bill gave us a reasonable estimate for our master bathroom floor where a toilet seal had failed. There was more damage than anticipated. Bill was very fair with the increased cost and repair was all finished in one day. His team was very professional and the result was an expert repair. I highly recommend Karp construction and would use them again.
Bill and his crew installed my windows and did a fantastic job. They did an excellent job installing my windows and blinds. Their workmanship is top-notch, and their work ethic is honorable. I plan on calling Bill for all of my upcoming projects. It's nice to have finally found someone trustworthy and honest.

Bill, the owner of Karp Construction is a class act. When we decided to remodel our shower, we sent out requests to different contractors, Karp Construction was the only company that came through, one contractor came out, took measurements and told us that they would get back to us in a week, never heard from them again. Bill had an estimate in an hour, he established a timeline, and a firm price, and stuck to it and kept us informed during the whole construction. His workers are very professional and courteous and again, kept us up to date with their schedule. They left our bathroom clean and tidy every night before going home for the day. We would highly recommend Karp Construction to do any and all of your projects. We are very satisfied with the whole process.

Hey there! I have to share my recent experience with you all! Bill &Team provided such an outstanding service that I couldn't resist but write a review about it. I know it's been two weeks, but I've been so busy with my students and their end-of-quarter exams, that I couldn't get to it earlier. But let me tell you, it's totally worth the wait! I stumbled upon this company on Yelp, and boy, am I glad I did! After getting three estimates, Bill &Team came in and blew me away with their excellent communication and planning. They even worked my husband's night schedule and my day schedule giving I was with students until 4:00 pm daily. Even when the weather took an unpredictable turn, they never lost their focus and worked around the weather to get the job done. I have attached some pictures from the start of the project to the finish, and you can see for yourself the quality of work they delivered. I am beyond impressed, and can't wait to work with them again in the future. Thanks, Bill &Team!
My husband and I took over a family owned unit in a duplex that was primarily used as a rental for 30+ years. When the last tenants left, the place was outdated and destroyed. We wanted to remodel the entire interior of the home plus some badly needed repairs to the exterior siding that was never painted. I was 18 weeks pregnant with our first child and while we did most of the interior demo ourselves the project became burdensome as my pregnancy progressed. Making the commute from the Bay Area every weekend draining. We just didn’t have the stamina or the time to get the place ready in time to move. We hired Bill and his team for the project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were able to move into the property within 6 weeks of Bill taking on the project. The entire unit was gutted and replaced with new fixtures, appliances, finishes, electrical, light plumbing, popcorn ceiling removal, siding repair, interior and exterior painting, flooring, all new windows and doors, and a new redwood fence around the backyard. We are extremely happy with the results and the overall professionalism of Bill and his team. There are many contractors out there that will do great work but Karp Construction goes the extra mile. Whenever there was an issue, Bill’s response was quick and reassuring and alterations were made in a fair and timely manner. Bill is easy to talk too and overall a great person to have working on an intimate project such as building a home for your family. Moving forward he is our go-to-guy for any other repairs and highly recommended.
Mr. Bill offers professional job at a reasonable price. We needed beams to be replaced in our patio that holds our bedroom upstairs. They did a very professional job, cleaned up. Finished the job within 2 days. One of the beams had cracked that we noticed after it was placed. He is professional enough to hold the responsibility to come and replace it. We were so happy and satisfied with the results of our guest bathroom remodel that we had Karp Construction Inc. remodel our master bathroom too!
